These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://templakes.com(the “Site”) and your purchase of the digital products we sell. By accessing the Site or buying a template, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What We Sell

Templakes sells premium digital website templates built for Framer (and, where stated, accompanying Figma files). All products are digital and are delivered electronically — typically as a remix link or download — after a successful purchase.

License & Usage

When you buy a template, we grant you a non-exclusive license to:

• Use a single-template license for one end website, or an all-access license across the websites permitted by that plan, as described at checkout.
• Customise the template and publish it as your own website.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the template files (modified or not) as your own template, asset or product.
• Make the template available for download, or include it in any template marketplace or collection.
• Claim authorship of the template design itself.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown on the Site in USD and may change at any time. Payments are securely processed by Polar, our merchant of record, who may also collect applicable taxes. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. If you experience a genuine technical problem with a file, or you were charged in error, contact us at asadsynt@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right. Any refunds are granted at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, graphics, text and other content on the Site are owned by Templakes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Buying a template grants you the license described above — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.

Third-Party Tools

Our templates are designed to be used with Framer and, where applicable, Figma. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and subscriptions with those platforms, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.

Disclaimer

The Site and our templates are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that a template will meet your specific requirements or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templakes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Support

We provide email support to help you set up and customise your template, as described on the product or pricing pages. Support covers the template itself and does not include custom design or development work.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operator of Templakes is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
